If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.  For appointments scheduled for 30 minutes or less, a cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed.  For appointments greater than 30 minutes, a cancellation fee of $200 will be assessed.
